Nov-U is a company based in the heart of the Free State province, in Bloemfontein South Africa.  Our clients are health, medical and beauty spa’s, educational institutes, medical professionals, aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, hair salons, health related small businesses and their consumers across South Africa.

It is our goal to supply these businesses and individuals with high quality, well-priced microbial cleaning ranges, make-up tools and products, nail, manicure and pedicure tools and products, facial ranges, body ranges, cosmetic disposables and relevant salon equipment.  We aim at providing professional supporting services in the form of product education, business and skill development workshops, personal skill development workshops and consulting services.

We execute this goal within a team who exude passion, professionalism, innovation and consistency utilising technology, multimedia marketing and our access to high quality, well-priced products from reputable suppliers, service providers and developers with whom we have a long-standing and trust-based relationship.  Further more our team commits to deliver these products and services by one on one consultations, by keeping regular communication via emails, telephone calls, social media, newsletters, text messages and client visits at a minimum of once every 90 days.

  • We guarantee to provide you with your full order within no more than 7 working days.
  • The only exception to this will be if the item is out of stock at Head Office, in which case the collection date will be communicated.
  • We will respond to all e-mail and telephonic enquiries within 2 hours.
  • Should you not be 100 % happy with the condition of your products, you have 7 working days in which to exchange it together with the original invoice and in its original packaging.
