Terms & Conditions
Due to the company’s growth and workload, we will respond to your enquiries within 2 hours.
Orders will be ready for collection within 48 hours. If ready sooner, you will be notified via email or sms.
Where relevant, courier tracking numbers and details will be provided together with the collection time and date via email or sms to clients. Please note that arranging couriers is and added service to our clients in order to make the collection process easier. Once an order has been collected by a courier and these the details sent, it will be the responsibility of the client to contact them directly for parcel tracking.
In the case in which Nov-U is out of stock and items need to be ordered, you will be notified exactly when to expect your order to be ready. This may mean that the 48 hours will no longer be relevant and a new collection time and date will be provided via email or sms.
Our suppliers give our area certain order days. If an Item is out of stock, it will be ordered on Mondays and arrive in Bloemfontein on Thursdays. This is national protocol, thus we ask your patience and co-operation.
Complaints & Enquiries
